Je ne suis pas un expert en informatique, mais j'ai quand même réussi à bricoler quelque chose pour pouvoir garder le contact et donner des cours en ligne, grâce à what'sapp et facetime. Et ça marche!
Démos, explications et corrections en direct, c'est génial. Un exemple du travail des valeurs par les pochades, avec un sujet de l'île d'Oléron.

I am not an expert on computing but I managed to fumble something to keep in touch and to teach on line, thanks to what'sapp and facetime. And it works! Tutoring, explanation and correction on line, that's great. Here is a sample of a study about values from a subject in Oleron Island.

J'étais en train de finir de dessiner leur chalet quand Camille et son papa Yvan sont arrivés pour y passer la journée. Camille a trouvé mon croquis très chouette et je lui ai proposé de lui en envoyer la photo (je ne pouvais me tenir plus proche d'eux à cause du covid19) et elle, en retour, elle m'enverra un dessin que je mettrai dans mon atelier.

I was about to finish drawing their chalet when Camille and her dad Yvan arrived to spend their day there. Camille found my sketch nice and I suggested that I could email the picture to her (I wasn't allowed to stay closer because of the covid19) in exchange for a drawing she would make; it's in my studio now!

A 10 minutes de marche de la maison. Within a ten-minute walk.

Toujours en confinement, mais avec quelques petites libertés, on trouve des sujets tout proches.

A cause du corona virus, nous, personnes à risque, sommes fortement conseillés de restés confinés à la maison. Mais les pâturages du village font un peu partie de nos maisons après tout. J'ai commencé à aller en dessiner quelques-uns et il m'en reste encore une bonne trentaine à faire si je cherche des sujets.

Because of the corona virus, we, at risk people, are urged to keep in quarantine. But, in a way, the pastures nearby are a bit part of our homes, aren't they? I started sketching some of them and there are 30 more to be sketched in case I am short of subjects...

Balade de printemps. Spring walk.

C'est une habitude chaque année: une promenade par Villeneuve - Granges-Marnand - Surpierre pour trouver le printemps qui y est en avance de 2 semaines par rapport à chez nous. Juste avant la quarantaine!

It's an habit every year: a hike from Villeneuve to Granges-Marnand and Surpierre to welcome the spring which is there two weeks earlier than in our village. Just before the quarantine!
